If for whatever reason you wish to return your purchase, Karus Chains will offer you a full refund or the choice to swap your returned item for an identical chain or another chain from our store. If the value of the exchanged chain is higher than the returned item, then the customer will pay the balance. If the value is lower, then Karus Chains will pay the customer the balance.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in perfect condition. If the return is the result of a defective product or an error on the part of Karus Chains, then the customer will receive a full refund.
To arrange for a chain to be returned or exchanged, please email email@example.com and state your reason for returning the product. Also let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement. Any returned item must be returned in its original packaging, including the presentation box.
When we receive the returned chain we will then refund your card in full. Once we have refunded your purchase it normally takes 2 business days for the money to show up on your card.
If you wish to exchange the chain, then you will need to return the chain as outlined above. In relation to the new chain that you wish to purchase, you can order it immediately through our website and we'll get it out to you within 2 working days, or you might want to wait until you have received the refund on the returned chain.

All silver and gold chains sold by Karus Chains are authentic and of high quality and value.
If any product that you buy from Karus Chains has a defect on delivery, then you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.
All chains sold by us are covered by a 3 month warranty. This covers defective parts as experienced under normal wear and the necessary labor required to repair them. It is important to note that improper repair of warranty service performed by anyone other than Karus Chains and our partners will void this warranty.
Our warranty covers all of our customers in the USA and Internationally.
Please note that the 3 month warranty only covers manufacturers’ defects. It does not cover any of the following:
- Scratches, dents or nicks that are caused by general wear and tear.

- Fading or chipping on the chain
- Lost or stolen parts
- Damage that resulted from misuse or negligence, i.e. if the item is damaged in any way by the customer and not as a result of a defect in the material or poor workmanship

What personal information is collected?
When you land on the Karus Chains website you cannot be identified as an individual. Your internet service provider is recognized. While Karuschains.com will track the use of the website by each visitor, each visitor will remain anonymous until such time as the visitor decides to give Karus Chains more personal details.
